General Terms

Valid Credit card details are required for all bookings to be confirmed.

If not paid prior, payment in full is then due on arrival.

48 hours cancellation required, or payment in full is then due. Cancelled bookings are non-transferable.

All confirmed bookings are non-transferable - including pre-paid non-refundable bookings.  Bookings cannot be cancelled after arrival.

Special events are to be pre-paid and are non-refundable.

Group bookings each have their own Terms & Conditions agreed prior to the booking being confirmed.  Three (3) or more units booked on-line equals a Group Booking, and different terms will apply.  Also applies to bookings of 10 nights or more.  When booking multiple units or those longer stays on-line please  contact the property.

PRINCE is not a party property, and we do not host Stag Parties, Hen parties, or similar social events.  Our House Rules are available in every unit and can be provided prior upon request.

There is one car park per unit, please advise when booking if bringing extra vehicles or trailers.

We have two eV Charging Stations on-site - please DO NOT run a charging cable into your unit as NZH&S state this is a  fire risk.

Further, please do not charge your eScooter / eBike or similar batteries in the unit - NZH&S state this is also a fire risk.

Our units are serviced daily, other than for Sundays and Public Holidays.

Bikes of all kinds, and eScooters or similar, are not to be kept in the unit.

All units are non-smoking, and a minimum $300 cleaning fee applies should you smoke in the unit.

Check-in is between 14.00 and 20.00, and check-out is from 08.00 until 10.00.  By arrangement early or late check-ins and late check-outs can be agreed, and can be charged for. 

Non-urgent requests after-hours can be charged for.

Credit card fees can be charged.

Unreturned keys are charged at $150 each.

Damages are charged at cost, and can incur a 25% surcharge.  Should damage mean the unit is unavailable for others to use then that too will be charged.
